Ways to Give to the Anderson Hospital Foundation
Each and every contribution to the Anderson Hospital Foundation advances the quality of medical care provided by Anderson Hospital. You can support Anderson Hospital Foundation by making a donation in the following ways:
Annual Giving:

Credit card donations can be made by calling Lori St. John, Director of Development, at 618.391.6426. We also accept gifts of appreciated securities.
Memorials and Tributes:
You can make a donation to the Foundation in honor or memory of a loved one. In any amount, these gifts are appropriate ways to recognize someone's life, a relative or friend's birthday, or other special occasion. A notification is sent to the recipient or, in the case of a memorial, to the immediate family and the donor. The memorials for an individual will be recognized in the Foundation's Annual Report with those donors making the contribution. The same will be done for a tribute.
Planned Giving and Bequests:
Long-range estate and financial planning can enable you to make a substantial contribution to benefit Anderson Hospital and, at the same time, fulfill your personal financial goals. Planned gifts are ideal for individuals concerned with the current state of health care and also with building a lasting legacy for the next generation. Because Anderson Hospital Foundation is a non-profit organization, most gifts qualify for federal and often state income tax deductions. We encourage you to discuss potential tax advantages with your advisor.
Matching Gifts:
Many workplaces match their employees’ donations to non-profit organizations. Contact your company’s human resources department to find out if your company has a matching gift policy and will match your donation to the Anderson Hospital Foundation. If it does, your employer will supply you with a form to fill out and send to us with your donation. We will verify your gift either online or by mail. Then, a matching gift contribution will be sent to Anderson Hospital Foundation. Oftentimes, companies will double or even triple the amount you give.
Donor Recognition Program
The Anderson Hospital Foundation has a donor recognition program to express gratitude toward our donors. Our annual giving recognition levels are as follows:
Friends: $100 - $999
Advocates: $1,000 - $4,999
Partners: $5,000 - $24,000
Leaders*: $25,000 - $49,999
Patrons*: $50,000 and above
