Anderson Hospital is pleased to announce the installation of officers for its dedicated team of hospital volunteers. The installation ceremony took place on January 26, 2024, welcoming (left to right) Ray Daniels as President; Rosanna Kosek, as President-Elect; Cheryl Pace, as Vice President; Judy Eft, as Treasurer; and Kay Jones as Secretary.
The Anderson Hospital Auxiliary has been an integral part of the healthcare community, providing invaluable support and assistance to staff, patients, their families, and visitors. In 2023 alone, the group contributed nearly 25,000 hours of service, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to Anderson Hospital.
The newly installed officers will play a crucial role in leading the hospital volunteer program and ensuring its continued success. Their dedication and passion for serving others will undoubtedly inspire the entire team of volunteers to continue making a positive impact. “We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional contributions of our hospital volunteers,” said Keith A. Page, Anderson Hospital President and CEO. “Their selflessness and dedication have made a profound difference at Anderson Hospital. We are confident that the newly installed officers will continue to uphold the highest standards of service and lead our volunteer program to even greater heights.”
The Auxiliary has over 130 active members and is an integral part of Anderson Hospital. Active Volunteers provide direct services to the Emergency, O.B. and Outpatient Surgery Departments, as well as being “on call” from the Volunteer Office. They manage information desks at public entrances including those at the Cancer Center, Wellness Center and Goshen Medical Building. Volunteers are the sole proprietors of our hospital’s Gift Shop managing staff, purchasing inventory, and all inventory management.
