🌡️ Heat Safety Alert! 🌡️

With dangerous heat continuing, our EMS teams are seeing a spike in heat related calls. Don’t wait until you need a trip to the ER — prevent heat-related illness by taking these simple precautions:

💧 Stay hydrated — drink plenty of water.

🧢 Wear light, loose-fitting clothing and a hat.

🏠 Limit outdoor activity during peak heat hours.

❄️ Take frequent breaks in a cool or shady place.

👀 Know the signs of heat exhaustion — dizziness, nausea, rapid heartbeat — and take action immediately.
