Vendors are encouraged to incorporate pink branding, awareness merchandise, or event-exclusive items.

Vendor applications will be reviewed in a timely manner, and approved applicants will receive confirmation along with payment instructions.

Booth Details and Fees

Fees Include an Event Promotion Package:

  • Vendors will be included in social media promotions, event flyers, and press releases.
  • Vendors should share event details on their platforms to help spread awareness.
  • No early teardown; vendors must stay for the full event duration.
  • $50 per table
  • 8-Foot Table and 2 Chairs
  • Booth Setup Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Teardown Time: 8:00 PM

Agreement and Policies

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I will adhere to all event setup and breakdown times.
  • I understand this is a breast cancer awareness event, and I will incorporate pink or awareness-related elements in my booth.
  • I will only sell/promote the approved items/services listed in my application.
  • I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
  • I release Anderson Hospital and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damages related to my participation.
