Spectrum is experiencing a national voice outage that has been affecting Anderson Healthcare. There is no ETA of when this will be resolved. Spectrum indicates they will send out hourly updates and we’ll pass those along.
Anderson Hospital also has redundant AT&T phone lines in addition to the Spectrum telephone lines. We moved all outbound calling to these AT&T phone lines, however, this reduces our capacity for inbound calls since all inbound and now outbound calls are now going through AT&T telephone lines. This may cause some callers to experience busy signals.
Many off-campus sites are unable to make OUTBOUND calls.
IT continues to search for ways to improve outbound calling for our remote sites but there is little to option for us.
