- I was recently in the ER while traveling from Kansas to Ohio alone, with my 2 young children. Crystal stayed after her shift to help me with my children, making sure they were taken care of. I was in a lot of pain and she held my baby when I couldn’t. With my husband in the military, away on training, and being in a city where I knew no one, there aren’t words to describe what it meant to have Crystal and the rest of the staff be so helpful.
